As one of six kids growing up, Executive Chef Solandie Exantus’s passion for crafting homemade meals and desserts that everyone would love started at an early age when he’d help his mom prepare the family meals. Throughout his career, Chef has gained impressive experience from hospitality venues from all over including in Miami, Florida with exquisite resorts such as The Eden Roc Hotel, The Biltmore Hotel and The Fontainebleau Hotel. And now we’re lucky to have him here in Nashville, with JP Events, sharing his expertise with Music City.
